Primary Care Services
In this day and age, designating a primary care physician is not only important, but is often required by your insurance company. Your primary care physician serves as your confidant and consultant to help you not only navigate illness, but to hopefully avoid it. A PCP also serves as the "quarterback" of your medical care, referring you to specialists when needed and coordinating care plans with them.
Diagnostic Services
On site phlebotomy is available daily with lab services conveniently performed by LabCorp. We also offer quick and accurate EKG, Spirometry (PFT), PT/INR, and Hemoglobin A1c testing. We also have recently installed a cutting edge digital x-ray system.
Prescription Refills
We never want you to be without any of your routine medications. As a matter of fact, many insurance companies track your refill records and penalize you if you are considered "noncompliant" with taking your meds. If you are a patient at Clinic W and find that you are in need of a refill of any of your medications, give us a call or notify your pharmacist. Please allow 24-48 hours for prescription refill requests.

FMLA, VA Assistance, and short term disability forms (among others). Please allow a 7-10 day turnaround. Fees may apply.
